Commercial client license

1. Who holds the license

The license belongs to the person or company that paid for the bundle. Employees and contractors of that company may work with the templates on that company's projects.

2. What you may do

• Customise the templates (copy, colours, logo, images, code) without restriction.
• Build websites from the templates for an unlimited number of your own clients and charge whatever you like for the build.
• Use the templates for your own websites and projects.
• Publish finished client sites on any hosting and domain.

3. What you may not do

• Resell, give away or share the templates as templates — individually, in bundles, on marketplaces or as free downloads.
• Include the templates in a product whose main value is the template itself (e.g. your own theme library or website builder).
• Transfer the license to another person or company without our written consent.

4. Images, names and content in the demos

Photos, company names, logos, phone numbers and copy in the templates are for preview only. Replace them with your client's content before publishing.

Many photos come from Unsplash and are covered by the Unsplash license (free for commercial use). We grant no license for other photos — use your client's photos or your own licensed images.

Fonts come from Google Fonts under the SIL Open Font License. Third-party libraries (e.g. GSAP, Swiper) are covered by their own licenses.

5. Warranty and liability

Templates are provided “as is”. We make every effort for them to work in current browsers, but we are not liable for damage arising from their use or for content you publish on client sites.

6. Breach of license
