The data controller is Panic Digital, contact support@buywebsites.app. We only collect what we need to process your order and answer your enquiry.
1. What we collect
- Data from the order form: name or company, email, country, chosen bundle, templates and message.
- Data in emails you send us.
- Server logs (IP address, access time, browser) kept briefly by our hosting provider for security and operation.
2. Why we use it
To process your order, send payment details and the download link, support customers and meet legal (accounting) obligations. We don't sell data and don't send marketing emails without your consent.
3. Cookies
The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The browser only remembers your light/dark theme choice (localStorage).
4. Who we share it with
- Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.), which runs the site.
- Our email provider, through which we send and receive messages.
- A payment processor when you pay by card (e.g. Lemon Squeezy), which handles data under its own privacy policy.
5. How long we keep it
Order data is kept as long as accounting rules require; enquiries without a purchase for at most 12 months.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or restriction of processing — write to support@buywebsites.app. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
