Terms of use

These terms apply to using BuyWebsites.app and buying website template bundles. The seller is Panic Digital (“we”). By sending an order you accept these terms and the License.
1. Product
We sell digital bundles of ready-made website templates (HTML, CSS, JavaScript and supporting files), delivered as a downloadable ZIP archive. What each bundle contains is described under Pricing, and the templates are shown in the gallery.
2. Ordering and payment
You order through the form on the site or by email. After ordering we send a confirmation with the total and payment details. When card payment is available on the site, it is handled by an authorised payment processor and we never see your card details.
Prices are in euros. Any taxes and bank fees are shown before payment.
3. Delivery
We send the download link to the email address in your order within 24 hours of receiving payment. If the link doesn't arrive, contact support@buywebsites.app.
4. Using the templates
Usage rights are defined in the License (/en/license), which forms part of these terms.
5. Refunds
Refund rules are described on the Refunds page (/en/refund).
6. Liability
The site and templates are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the bundle.
7. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms; an order is governed by the terms published when it was sent.
